Refund & Cancellation Policy
✓ We offer a 30-day free trial on all paid plans — no payment required upfront. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
1. Free Trial
- All Pro and Pro Plus plans include a 30-day free trial.
- No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial.
- At the end of the trial period, your plan will revert to Standard (Free) unless you choose to upgrade.
- We will send you a reminder email 7 days and 1 day before your trial ends.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from My Subscriptions in the app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your account is automatically downgraded to the Standard (Free) plan.
- Your notes and data are retained and accessible on the Standard plan.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Plans (Pro / Pro Plus):
- Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has commenced.
- You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Annual Plans (Pro / Pro Plus):
- A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the annual payment date.
- After 7 days, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion for unused months, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your registered phone number and payment reference.
No refund will be issued for:
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months on monthly plans.
- Charges more than 30 days old (except annual plan exceptions above).
- Cases where the service was available but not used.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your registered mobile number, payment date, and Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment receipt email).
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) used for the transaction.
5. Payment Failures and Double Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. We will investigate and issue a full refund for duplicate charges within 3 business days.
6. Downgrade Policy
- You may downgrade from Pro Plus to Pro, or from Pro/Pro Plus to Standard at any time.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refund is issued for the difference in plan cost for the remaining period.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay's support at razorpay.com/support.
